Welcoming Week Lowell

Welcoming Week Lowell – September 15 – 23. The Refugee and Immigrant Support Coalition is planning Lowell’s first ever Welcoming Week, a weeklong series of events that celebrates Lowell’s diverse communities and their contributions to the City. The event will be kicked off by a Parade of Flags to JFK Plaza on Fri. Sept. 14, followed by a Cultural Exchange Potluck on Sat. Sept. 15, 1-5 pm, at South Common.
