This large, expanding real estate enterprise has purchased 65 residential properties in East Boston just in the past 4 years. City Life/Vida Urbana has found many of these properties are now vacant or converted into condos. Where did our neighbors go?
City Life/Vida Urbana has supported 7 of GRID’s tenants, including an immigrant grandmother who has received a $500 rent hike and families facing a building-wide clearout.
