Trust Act 3rd Planning Meeting

For members who signed up for the trust act subcommittee (getting a Trust Act passed in Lowell) or anyone else who wants to learn more.
We are continuing with outreach and planning. Draft agenda:

* Clarify our overall objective, based on discussions in the last two meetings, steps, timeline.
* How do we proceed with a new City Manager and a new Chief of Police coming in? We’ll likely need the cooperation of both.
