The Lowell RISE Coalition (Refugee and Immigrant Support and Engagement) invites any interested residents, leaders, business owners, nonprofit or city personnel to join these meetings or contact us to be active with either the Welcoming Week Lowell 2019 or Gateways for Growth initiatives.
