Merrimack River Hike & Picnic!

Join us for a Lowell Park’s & Conservation Trust favorite fall hike! Explore the connection of trails along the Merrimack River from border of Andover and Lawrence and follow the river the eight plus miles back into Lowell. A bus will be provided to take everyone to the start and then we walk together as a group back into Lowell. This year we are lucky to be accompanied by a U.S. Fish & Wildlife Ranger who will be our nature guide for the morning.
The terrain will be a mixture of pavement, dirt trails and rough footing! Please be sure to bring a bagged lunch and water. Dress for the weather and wear hiking boots with ankle support.
