June 24, 2020 @ 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Mayor John Leahy, City Manager Eileen Donoghue and Superintendent of Police Kelly Richardson invite members of the Lowell community to share their perspectives, stories and experiences on race and human rights in the City of Lowell in a listening session moderated by George Procope.

Individuals and groups of no more than 2 must register in advance (by Monday, June 22) to speak
http://lowellma.gov/lowelllistens

Registered speakers are asked to wait outside at the Senior Center (either in their cars or socially distanced in the parking lot) until event organizers inform them that it is their turn to speak in order to prevent event participants from coming into close contact with one another.

Speakers are asked to limit their remarks to 2 minutes. Written statements are also being accepted through the registration link.

No in-person audience will be permitted at the event.
