Solidarity Lowell, LLAMA, Merrimack Valley Project, and the Lowell Emergency Housing Coalition have scheduled a meeting with State Representative Vanna Howard, who represents the 17th Middlesex District. We plan to discuss our ongoing efforts to assist the unhoused population of our city, as well as how to develop affordable housing.
