On January 24, hundreds of members of the Mass Power Forward coalition will descend on Beacon Hill to demand that our legislators do everything they can to promote a clean energy future.
Our goals are
1. Environmental Justice in MA!
2. 100% Renewable Energy Justice
3. Equity in transportation and carbon pricing
The stakes have never been higher. With climate deniers running the show in Washington, DC, we NEED Massachusetts to step up and lead.
On January 24, Massachusetts residents from every part of the state will meet with their representatives and senators to make the case for clean energy and environmental justice.
Location: TBD, near the statehouse.
SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY:
11:00AM – 12:00PM: Speakers on Mass Power Forward, our vision for the coming session, and our legislative priorities
12:00PM -12:30PM: Prepare for meetings. MPF leaders available to answer questions.
12:30PM – 3:00PM: Head over the State House for meetings with state senators and representatives!
