SUMMARY:Dignity Marches through all MA / Marchas por la Dignidad
DESCRIPTION:oin us as we cover the entire state of MA in Cosecha’s hotline for immigrant workers who haven’t gotten their pay! Bit.ly/march2dignidad \nMA is facing a crisis where hundreds of thousands of immigrant workers everyday are working without pay. The workers who are building homes and luxury condos\, serving our food and washing our dishes in restaurants\, and cleaning our homes and offices are being denied basic dignity and respect. Many of us who depend on their hard work don’t even know this is happening. \nCosecha’s Trabajando con Dignidad (Working with Dignity) Program is covering all cities of MA with posters of our hotline that workers can call if they haven’t been paid at work. We are seeking to make this crisis go public so that everyone knows what’s really going on in homes\, offices\, restaurants and construction sites. \nOn March 2nd\, small teams will spread out across the state hanging up our posters on every street corner and store window so that workers know they can come together and fight for their wages\, their dignity and their respect. Exact locations TBD\, depending on the availability of people who sign up. For those that can\, we will be meeting in Boston for breakfast\, splitting up and coming back together for dinner. For those that cannot come to Boston\, we can find a time to meet up with you beforehand and give you a packet of posters! \nSign up here! Can’t make it on the 2nd? Have more time to give? We will also be doing Dignity Marches every Wednesday and Saturday during the month of February. Use this form to help us out during February as well! \nBit.ly/march2dignidad
