DESCRIPTION:February 9 – 2:00-4:00 p.m.\, Temple Ohabei Shalom\, 1187 Beacon St\, Brookline\,\n\nBoston Area Medicare-for-All Barnstorm!\n\n\nJoin us for an organizing barnstorm to win Medicare for All by moving members of Congress in the Boston area! February 9-14 is a national week of action for Medicare for All\, and hundreds of organizing barnstorms will be held across the country\, mobilizing thousands of activists to demand that Democrats pass the Improved & Expanded Medicare for All Act in the House.\n\nAt the Barnstorm we will bring all attendees up to speed on how Medicare for All would work\, establishing healthcare as a human right for all while reducing healthcare costs; We will then discuss the pathway to victory\, and how we can overcome the power of the healthcare industry through grassroots mobilization; and we will then agree on an organizing plan to win over Members of Congress in the Boston area\, and sign everyone up to carry out that organizing plan!
